Covid-19 Policy

Program and Participants and FKCW Community

All teachers and participants in classes will be encouraged to provide proof of vaccination status before their class to protect our community.

  • All adults eligible for the vaccine are encouraged to show their proof of vaccination status. 

  • All those who enter the studio will be required to wear masks at all times and fill out COVID safety forms.

  • Routine hand washing and use of hand sanitizer is advised for everyone to reduce the risk of transmission.

Anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 is required to notify FKCW staff immediately by emailing , Jennaway Pearson, at jennaway@fallkillcreativeworks.org

Studio Spaces:

All persons participating in classes or Open Studio in our facilities are required to wear a mask at all times. 

  • All teachers and participants will be encouraged to provide proof of vaccination before their class. 

  • Clay Works has resumed full capacity programming for adult classes. Youth programs will continue to socially distance and operate at smaller numbers (8 individuals maximum).

  • Glebe House indoor programming will continue to operate with reduced capacity, but numbers may increase depending on the configuration of the program type (e.g. adult or youth). 

  • All staff, assistants, and young people participating in Youth programming will be required to wear masks and follow COVID protocols. 

  • Community tools will be available, and good hygiene is required (hand washing and hand sanitizer). Students are still welcome to buy or bring their own tools. 

  • High-touch surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized at the beginning and end of each program.

  • All individuals will be required to maintain social distances as often as possible and clean up after themselves.

Contact Tracing:

Instructors, studio members, studio assistants, volunteers, and class participants are required to sign in to the studio to allow for contact tracing, if needed.

  • No one should enter our facilities if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, received a positive test result within the past 10 days, or had close exposure to someone suspected to have COVID in the past 14 days.

  • Inform us immediately if you had a positive COVID test or have come in close contact with someone who has tested positive.

  • We will respect your privacy while working to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

  • Fully vaccinated people should still get tested if experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

  • Fully vaccinated people should not visit private or public settings if they have tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
